Job Details
Basic Functions and Responsibilities
Identify & set goals for the organization and develop strategies to meet those goals for business and revenue growth
Keep abreast of new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Track leads and move them through the sales cycle to create a sales pipeline
Develop and discuss business sales, marketing, promotional strategies and activities with the team
Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers
Train business development, sales and marketing staff
Plan and map out sales campaigns
Forecast sales along with analysis
Prepare department budgets and analyze market data and financial reports
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
Participate in seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
Liaise with the finance team, warehousing, and logistics departments as appropriate
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
English and Arabic fluency (spoken & written) is a MUST!
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Experience in managing complex projects and multi-tasking
Ability to do well with minimal guidance
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience in using technology to streamline and improve processes
